At BaaWA Accessories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@baawa.ng or by phone at 08062605012. We will provide you with a return address and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
The following conditions apply to returns and exchanges:
- Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as they were received.
- Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Items must be returned with original tags and accessories such as the watch box, eyeglasses case and so on.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
